No major projects this year.
I started the season by adding some compost to the border. It’s never looked so tidy! And the Marsh Marigolds were early blossoms in the pond. Quite beautiful.
The pond has matured nicely. I’ve also added a small bog garden in the space between the back of the pond and the garden wall.

The lilac tree has matured and provided a bold show earlier in the spring, as did the clematis that has now established itself on the pergola over the decking.
And the heathers and ground cover under the lilac tree are also now nicely established.
